REFUND POLICY
Thank you for shopping at Eva Evona LTD. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the nature of our products, we enforce a strict refund and return policy.
1. Hygiene and Safety Restriction (Strict Policy)
Because our Acne & Skin Patches are personal care and hygiene products, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for any products where the packaging or product seal has been opened, broken, or tampered with. For safety and sanitation reasons, all opened items are strictly non-refundable and non-returnable.
2. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return and full refund, your item must meet the following criteria:
• The item must be unopened, unused, and in the exact same condition that you received it.
• The item must be in its original, sealed packaging.
• Your return request must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your package.
3. Damaged or Wrong Items
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at evaevona09@gmail.com so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right via a replacement or refund. (We may request photo or video evidence of the damaged package).
4. How to Start a Return
If your item is completely unopened and you wish to return it, please contact us at evaevona09@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note: Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned unopened item, we will notify you if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-7business days
