1. Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped with your tracking number.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer reliable international shipping to our main destinations (including the United States and selected global regions).
• Estimated Delivery Time: 6 - 13 business days (after the processing period).
• Shipping Cost: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout (or Free Shipping if applicable based on active store promotions).
Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur around global holidays, peak shopping seasons, or due to customs clearance procedures in your country.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will become active and trackable within 24-48 hours. You can track your package directly through our website or via international postal tracking platforms.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
EVA EVONA LTD is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
5. Damaged or Lost Packages
If you received your order damaged, or if your package is lost in transit, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and contact our customer support team immediately at evaevonaltd@gmail.com. We will work closely with our delivery and fulfillment partners (CJ Dropshipping) to investigate the issue and arrange a replacement or solution for you.
6. Incorrect Address Disclaimer
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a very small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.
